Eligibility Criteria

Education:

• BS/MSc in Applied Chemistry or Food Technology

Experience:

• Fresh candidates or up to 1 year of experience in processing, packaging, and quality assurance within FMCG or manufacturing industries

Key Responsibilities

• During the entire process, always make sure that company policies, HSE standards, Food Safety, and Quality protocols are being followed.

   

• Incoming packaging materials and raw materials will be analyzed according to the sampling protocols.

   

• Raw materials, processing oils, and finished goods (FG) samples will be tested according to the defined parameters.

   

• Keep thorough and precise logs through the specified formats for analysis, standardization, environmental monitoring, and verification.

   

• Make reports of all activities to the relevant departments and also inform about any out-of-spec parameters via email.

   

• For every issue found during the shift, open NC/SNCR reports.

   

• Work together with the colleagues on the shift to guarantee the correct handover and takeover of the responsibilities.

   

• Check the startup checklists to confirm that QDI parameters are recorded in the quality sheets correctly.

   

• Review batch codes, price, and expiration dates for all SKUs on every machine.

   

• Supervise the practices of loading and the storing of FG in the warehouse.
