The Citizens Foundation (TCF), which is one of Pakistan’s top non-profit organizations that focus on quality education, is in search of a skilled Grants Manager to become a part of its fundraising and development department. This job position, 100% remote and open for applicants located in the USA, presents a thrilling chance to be at the forefront of fundraising from institutions, looking after relationships with foundations, and leading the income-generating initiatives for TCF’s programs.
The Grants Manager will be instrumental in obtaining funds from private, family, and corporate foundations, managing the whole grant process, and working with the different departments within the organization to effectively share TCF’s impact and vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate, support, and oversee a strong foundation and corporate grant prospects pipeline
- Authorize, modify, and present top-notch grants, LOIs, renewals, and reports
- Build and take care of funders’ relationships during the whole grant period, making sure they are well-informed and accountable
- Monitor grant applications, due dates, approvals, and results through CRM or grant management systems
- Work together with the program, communications, and marketing departments to create attractive stories, fact-oriented storytelling, and impact reports
- Make the leadership aware of the fundraising possibilities and trends in foundation giving with strategic insights
Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum five years of professional experience in grants management, foundation relations, or institutional fundraising will be the basic requirement of the applicant.
- The applicant is expected to have no exception to the rule and to show a winning history of five- and six-digit grants.
- The applicant who fits the role best will be the one with the highest skill in the areas of writing, reporting, and communication with the funders.
- The applicant will manage the grants of different types, be punctual in submitting reports, and maintain accurate records with high proficiency.
- The applicant selected will have the30-fo in-person meetings, location visits, and conferences which will require taking places by traveling on the road.
- The person hired for this position will be directly accountable to the Chief Operating Officer (COO).
