Key Responsibilities

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Banking, or a related field

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in banking, microfinance, or financial services, preferably in liability management or branch operations

• Proven track record in managing teams, achieving targets, and implementing strategic initiatives

• Strong knowledge of banking products, liability portfolio management, and financial regulations
