Job Overview:

Echo Oil Pvt Ltd is hiring a Territory Manager – Retail Development responsible for identifying, developing, and managing retail fuel station sites within assigned regions to support business expansion and performance improvement.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements:

Education:

• Minimum Graduate

Experience:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience

Skills:

• Site identification & evaluation

• Market research & feasibility analysis

• Stakeholder & relationship management

• Documentation & coordination skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution

• Experience in retail development or related field preferred

---

Responsibilities:

• Identify, evaluate, and secure new retail fuel station sites

• Conduct market surveys, feasibility studies, and competitor analysis

• Build relationships with landowners, developers, and authorities

• Coordinate site acquisition documentation and approvals

• Achieve expansion targets through continuous scouting

• Monitor and improve performance of existing retail sites
