Unit Head Software Development and Integration

𝗟𝗢𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡
Lahore

𝗤𝗨𝗔𝗟𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡
Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or any related technical field from HEC recognized university

𝗘𝗫𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗜𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘
At least 7-10 years of relevant hands-on experience with Java Web, Services REST, SOAP and API Gateway and micro-services, Design, develop, maintain java based web applications and web, services throughout application lifecycle.

𝗞𝗡𝗢𝗪𝗟𝗘𝗗𝗚𝗘 & 𝗦𝗞𝗜𝗟𝗟𝗦

➡️ Database skills-preferably Oracle DB along with SQL programming
➡️ Strong problem-solving skills along with the ability to work independently, highly motivated with strong self-learning abilities.
➡️ Excellent oral and written communication skills

𝗥𝗢𝗟𝗘𝗦 & 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗢𝗡𝗦𝗜𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗘𝗦

• Work with Department Head S/W Development & Integration and Business Teams for required application development and to monitor, update and communicate project timelines and milestones, obtain senior management feedback, understand potential technical speed bumps and business’s true concerns/needs
• Complete Operational requirements by Scheduling assigning task to developers and follow up on, work results
• Provide development and support if any required in existing business applications for smooth BAU
• Business applications technical documentation and user manuals are available.
• Manage resources (logs and tools) until business needs and deadlines are met.
• Set team work priorities, work well with everyone, develop the team and check performance.
• The team provided technical knowledge, checked source code and coding quality, and as a result, the products were good and up to standard.
