Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned Data Engineer with 8-10 years of practical experience in data engineering, especially within big data projects. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in big data technologies, including Hadoop, HBase, Kafka, Hive, and Spark. Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java is essential. The role requires extensive experience in designing and managing data pipelines, migrations, and analytics pipelines in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Additionally, the candidate should have exposure to artificial intelligence, machine learning, and natural language processing, along with strong leadership skills.

Responsibilities:

Big Data Solutions: Design, develop, and maintain big data solutions using technologies such as Hadoop, HBase, Kafka, Hive, Spark, Scala, Python, R, and TensorFlow.
Data Pipeline Management: Develop and oversee data pipelines, migrations, and analytics pipelines in both on-premise and cloud environments, including Cloudera, AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Architectural Understanding: Utilize open-source kernels and have a deep understanding of distributed computing, distributed storage, serverless architectures, and highly scalable systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to create and implement scalable and efficient data solutions.
Technology Integration: Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in big data technologies and incorporate relevant updates into existing systems.
Data Modeling and Analysis: Perform data modeling and analysis to enhance data storage and retrieval processes.
Leadership and Mentorship: Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members.

Requirements:
