Part of a triad leadership model related to the assigned service lines. The triad team includes a physician, operation & nurse administrator of assigned service lines and are accountable for its overall performance.
Develop, maintain and evaluate policy, programs and services related to assigned functions.
Assess the environment, fore cast trends, transmitting values, communicating ideas, mentoring others & managing resources.
Ensuring nursing staff adheres to the Code of Conduct and Scope of Practice of the regulatory body.

B.Sc degree in nursing or equivalent qualifications of NLT 3 years study from an accredited program.
MSc in nursing / Healthcare or management or administration field.
