Job Requirements:
Responsibilities:
- Establish marketing strategies for 1st Trauma, 1st Hoarding and 1st Pest Control
- Enhance brand awareness
- Plan, direct and implement new advertising campaigns to promote sales
- Meet/Exceed sales goals as established by President and Operations Managers
- Create, Establish and Execute use of marketing materials
- Oversee design/printing/inventory of marketing related materials
- Establish distribution networks, initiate market research
- Identify new sales opportunities
- Monitor and report on effectiveness of marketing communications
- Maintain marketing contact log – Hubspot
- Research and identify contract opportunities
- Assist in preparing contract proposals
- Prepare and present sales presentations to relevant professional organizations
- Manage trade show event involvement
- Weekly reporting of sales/marketing activities
- Ability to operate within marketing budget – ensure proper purchasing approvals for marketing materials
- Identify Social Media marketing opportunities
- Develop effective public communications through on-line presence, commercial activities and social media management
- Update and maintain and increase Social Media reach for 1st Trauma and 1st Pest across all platforms
- Review and analyze Snaptech SEO optimization reports – provide suggestions and feedback
- Gain exposure to field work in order to better understand the services we provide across all 3 brands
Qualifications:
- Experience in sales, marketing or a related field. Strong communication skills and must be fluent in IT functions. Strong organizational skills are critical due to the requirement to multi-task and work on varied complex projects at any given time. We require a self-motivated, proactive professional that is highly proficient in Hubspot, PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Publisher and/or other cloud based design/publishing software. Knowledge in the use of desktop and cloud-based platforms to design, produce, collaborate and share material is a valuable asset as is the ability to create digital content (blog posts, social media captions, website copy and e-mail campaigns). experience in marketing or other related fields
