Job Responsibilities
- Communicates effectively with customers, co-workers and Supervisors.

- Completes air conditioning and refrigeration work as per Maintenance Repair Order.
- Carries out preventive maintenance as scheduled.
- Monitors performance and adjusts air conditioning and refrigeration equipment to obtain maximum efficiency.
Job Requirements
- Experience in property maintenance beneficial but not essential
- Hands-on approach with a can-do work style
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service with a passion for the hospitality industry
- Ability to find creative solutions taking ownership for duties and tasks assigned
