JOB TITLE LOCATION

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the key CSM account team, setting strategies, overseeing project deliverables & timelines, overall accountability for the successful delivery of client campaigns, meeting of goals and hitting of deadlines
  • Building and maintaining outstanding day to day relationships with clients, rights holders & suppliers
  • Efficient project management across multiple workstreams, including development and management of project plans, creative planning, activation planning, status meetings with clients, rights holders and internally
  • Create and present partnership activation plans, selling engaging and rewarding ideas & concepts into the client
  • Lead on the development and management of project timelines, budgets, invoicing/cost management
  • Lead the team in implementation of all aspects of campaign touch points including; general rights delivery, talent/ambassador appearances, live event & experiential activations, digital & data strategies, PR & Comms, client/supplier briefings, and more
  • KPI setting and campaign measurement & evaluation
  • Evaluate incoming sponsorship proposals and provide review documents to clients in timely manner
  • Advise clients on best industry practice in line with existing strategy
  • Create and present presentations for clients when required
  • Lead client meetings when required, becoming a trusted advisor to the client

THE SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE YOU NEED

  • Fluency in English, written and spoken
  • A clear passion for sponsorship, sports & onsite, on-event delivery
  • 8+ years’ experience in brand partnership marketing, either in-house or agency-side. Experience of this within the financial services and investment sectors is beneficial
  • We are seeking a candidate with a well-rounded experience of multi-faceted sponsorship activation. Must have broad experience across rights management & delivery, talent/ambassador appearances, live event & experiential activation, digital & data-led activation strategies, PR & Comms
  • Strong understanding and experience of building and managing bespoke sponsorship measurement & evaluation programs for brands
  • A strong understanding of, and experience of working across, the full marketing mix – with fluency of understanding across traditional and digital marketing, media, events, communications, branding among others
  • A strong understanding of the international sports and sport business ecosystem, including experience of rights holder operations, major events, key commercial partnerships, media and sponsorship rights
  • Experience of working as part of a multi-agency ecosystem across key projects, both coordinating and collaborating with media, communications, creative, digital and other agency partners for clients
  • Experience of working across brand partnership activation campaigns in the Middle East region
  • Well developed presentation skills – ability to craft professional documents, and present articulate and well-thought through presentations including campaign strategies, roll-out plans and post-campaign reports
  • Experience of working efficiently within a multi-faceted account team
  • Experience of managing complex campaign budgets, from start to end of projects
  • Strong experience in account management and strategic planning
  • Strong knowledge of local and international sponsorship trends, deep-rooted understanding of the sponsorship and sports marketing landscapes and industries
  • A network of trusted regional suppliers
  • Ability to manage account teams, and experience of direct line management including driving performance growth and accountability
  • Ability to multi-task; you will be working across a number of activities with tight deadlines
  • Proven ability to prioritise and manage your time efficiently, and to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Outstanding written and oral communications skills, attention to detail
  • Proactive, energetic, solution-focused individual with a hands on approach to account management
