Key Responsibilities

• Sell the Freshworks suite of products to “new logo” customers in your territory
• Identify new opportunities and create end-to-end sales lifecycle through direct and field outreach campaigns
• Collaborate with your Business Development Manager (BDM) to tier your accounts and prospect them via tailored and relevant outreach campaigns (social, email, and cold calling)
• Build, develop, and manage your sales pipeline
• Lead and communicate effectively with other departments, such as business development, marketing, and pre-sales, throughout the sales process
• Travel to customer locations and marketing events as needed
• Commit to continuous improvement and constant learning

Qualifications

• Overall experience of 7-10 years, with close to 5+ years of specialised expertise in the SAAS space.
• Experience in new logo (hunting) sales role is a great advantage.
• Have you sold SaaS solutions in the Middle east region?
• Have you used Meddic, Value Selling or other sales methodologies?
• Have you consistently achieved/ overachieved sales goals?
• Are you customer-oriented, with strong communication skills, high curiosity, and an eagerness to learn?
