We are looking for an ambitious Accounts Executive to provide support to the financial department by managing daily accounting tasks. You will be part of a team of professionals working to maintain order and transparency for the company’s finances

The goal is to contribute to the overall efficient operation of the department and help the company be fully aware of its financial condition.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensures the accuracy and correctness of all financial entries in Finance ERP system in conformity with recognized financial dimensions.
2. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analysis accounts information for the general accounts such as suppliers/Customers on monthly basis including Balance Reconciliations.
3. Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines.
4. Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned.
5. Assist superiors in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings.
6. Assist with other situational accounting projects assigned.
7. Timely completion of other task assigned by the management.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of comprehensive working experience in corporate finance or accounting in any industry, preferably for a company operating on regional/multinational level.
2. Must have worked in a mid-sized organization operating on a local/international level, preferably in Aviation industry. (Experience with airline would be an advantage).
3. Sound knowledge in accounting cycle, process flow and procedures is a pre-requisite.
4. Advanced knowledge in MS office.
5. Strong oral and written communication skills.
6. Chinese & Russian speaker will be an advantage.
