Job Key Details:

  • Manage accounts receivable functions including invoicing, tracking payments and ensuring timely collections
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records through posting journal entries and reconciling general ledger accounts
  • Prepare financial statements, reports as well as analysis as required
  • Carry out regular account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data
  • Work with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to financial transactions
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities through providing accurate financial data and analysis
  • Process accounts payable transactions, verifying accuracy and ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers
  • Close the audit related requirement
  • Fixed asset management along with CWIP and depreciation
  • Manage the books of account along with books closure at the month end and year end
  • Reconcile related party, bank, GL as well as vendor on a monthly basis
  • Ensure MIS submission to the management
  • Coordinate with vendor for the invoices, checking and making the payment
  • Share cash flow requirement to treasury department on a monthly basis
  • Carry out any other related tasks as may be required

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or any related course
  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience across the finance or accounting functions with special focus on project finance
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices as well as procedures
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
  • Should be able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Must have experience with financial reporting and analysis
