Job Key Details:
- Manage accounts receivable functions including invoicing, tracking payments and ensuring timely collections
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records through posting journal entries and reconciling general ledger accounts
- Prepare financial statements, reports as well as analysis as required
- Carry out regular account reconciliations to ensure the accuracy of financial data
- Work with internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues related to financial transactions
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities through providing accurate financial data and analysis
- Process accounts payable transactions, verifying accuracy and ensuring timely payments to vendors and suppliers
- Close the audit related requirement
- Fixed asset management along with CWIP and depreciation
- Manage the books of account along with books closure at the month end and year end
- Reconcile related party, bank, GL as well as vendor on a monthly basis
- Ensure MIS submission to the management
- Coordinate with vendor for the invoices, checking and making the payment
- Share cash flow requirement to treasury department on a monthly basis
- Carry out any other related tasks as may be required
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration or any related course
- Must have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience across the finance or accounting functions with special focus on project finance
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices as well as procedures
- Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Should be able to work independently, manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Must have experience with financial reporting and analysis
