JOB RESPONSIBILITY

• Liaise with claims managers & medical teams for monitoring
• Review and revise panel hospital rate lists.
• Verify reimbursement claims on ground to ensure credibility before payments.
• Monitor CMR of case managers on a regular basis
• Lead, manage, and develop the team
