Position : Deputy Manager Shared Services (Persistency, Post Issuance & Channel Engagement)

• Location: Head Office, Karachi
• Experience: 05 – 08 Years
• Qualification: Bachelors or above

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of the insurance sector, particularly in Bancassurance, Operations, and Post-Issuance processes.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent communication, follow-up discipline, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines.

Job Role:

• Drive persistency initiatives and improve renewal performance.
• Oversee post-issuance servicing, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of customer requests.
• Strengthen coordination and engagement with channel partners and regional sales teams.
• Manage reporting, reconciliation, and compliance-related requirements.
• Support operational enhancements and process improvements across the channel.
