Job Key Details:
- Coordinate administrative functions
- Provide directions to clients as may be required
- Maintain front desk and verify that orders are placed as necessary to ensure necessary supplies are available at all times
- Handle all visitors and telephone calls
- Take minutes of meetings
- Prepare and distribute email, correspondence letters, faxes etc
- Plan and schedule appointments
- Respond and direct phone calls
- Prepare regularly scheduled reports
- Create and maintain a filing system
Job Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in in a relevant course
- At least 1+ years of experience in the same or similar position
- Should be able to work under pressure
- Good Ms Office suite required
- Should have good communication skills
- Must be a good time manager
