Job Key Details:

  • Coordinate administrative functions
  • Provide directions to clients as may be required
  • Maintain front desk and verify that orders are placed as necessary to ensure necessary supplies are available at all times
  • Handle all visitors and telephone calls
  • Take minutes of meetings
  • Prepare and distribute email, correspondence letters, faxes etc
  • Plan and schedule appointments
  • Respond and direct phone calls
  • Prepare regularly scheduled reports
  • Create and maintain a filing system

Job Qualifications and Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree in in a relevant course
  • At least 1+ years of experience in the same or similar position
  • Should be able to work under pressure
  • Good Ms Office suite required
  • Should have good communication skills
  • Must be a good time manager
  • Any gender can apply
