About the job

Position: Administrative Assistant

Location: Bay Square

Job Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities:

  • Excel Proficiency: Must be highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, and report generation.
  • Computer Skills: Must be proficient in using various computer applications, including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
  • Administrative Support: Assist management with daily administrative and operational tasks, including document preparation, scheduling, and correspondence.
  • Ad-Hoc Tasks: Handle various ad-hoc assignments as required by management, ensuring timely completion.
  • Visa Arrangements: Coordinate and process visa applications, renewals, and other related documentation for management and employees.
  • Data Management: Maintain organized records, files, and databases to ensure efficient information retrieval.
  • Coordination & Communication: Liaise with internal departments, external vendors, and service providers as needed.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
  • Experience in handling visa-related processes is a plus.

Preferred Experience:

  • Background in office management or executive support is advantageous.
