Position: Administrative Assistant

Key Responsibilities:
- Excel Proficiency: Must be highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, pivot tables, formulas, and report generation.
- Computer Skills: Must be proficient in using various computer applications, including MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Administrative Support: Assist management with daily administrative and operational tasks, including document preparation, scheduling, and correspondence.
- Ad-Hoc Tasks: Handle various ad-hoc assignments as required by management, ensuring timely completion.
- Visa Arrangements: Coordinate and process visa applications, renewals, and other related documentation for management and employees.
- Data Management: Maintain organized records, files, and databases to ensure efficient information retrieval.
- Coordination & Communication: Liaise with internal departments, external vendors, and service providers as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English (verbal and written).
- Experience in handling visa-related processes is a plus.
Preferred Experience:
- Background in office management or executive support is advantageous.
