  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, and mail, with professionalism and efficiency
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems, both physical and electronic, to facilitate easy retrieval of information
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating company events, meetings, and conferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes and improve overall efficiency
  • Conduct research and gather data to support various projects and initiatives
  • Perform general clerical tasks, such as ordering office supplies and maintaining inventory

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office administration or related fields are a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficiency in using various software applications, including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, demonstrating a high level of initiative
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
  • Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Experience in customer service or administrative roles is a plus, but not required
