Basically, we want someone who

– Can actually communicate (emails, phone, in person—even if you haven’t had coffee yet)
– Doesn’t freak out when juggling three tasks at once (bonus points if you secretly like the adrenaline)
– Knows their way around Microsoft Office (if you can make Excel do your bidding, even better)
