Responsibilities
- Assist in coordinating and managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to on-boarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
- Post job advertisements on various job boards, career websites, and university portals.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates for interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, assessments, and other selection activities.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Communicate with candidates, providing updates on their application status.
- Assist in the preparation of employment contracts and other relevant documentation for new hires.
- Coordinate orientation programs for new employees, ensuring a smooth on-boarding experience.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to continuously improve recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
REQUIRED
- UAE National with Family Book (REQUIRED)
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with recruitment software or applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership of tasks and drive them to completion.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities.
