Description:

We are on the lookout for a talented and motivated individual to join our Royal Club Services team. If you are enthusiastic, with an impeccable personal grooming, and a clear passion for customer service to deliver a first-class experience

Job Responsibilities:

  • In this role you will provide an efficient Reception service to all guests, offering information and giving their full attention to all guest’s special requirements, needs and requests.
  • Ensuring all check-ins and check-outs from the Royal Club run smoothly and that all cashiering transactions are processed promptly and correctly.
  • Providing all resort service standards, offering personalized service by always assisting the guests with their requests throughout their stay.

Job Requirements:

  • The ideal candidate will have 1-year experience in a similar role with a proven track record of working in an international hotel.
  • The successful candidate must possess excellent communication skills, be a team player, manage multiple tasks and have confidence in dealing with a diverse set of clienteles.
