Responsibilities:
As a Ticketing Agent, you will be responsible for all cash and credit card transactions for ticket sales at the waterpark. You will be providing a friendly and informative service about the resort and waterpark. Ticketing Agents will also monitor guests entering and exiting the ticketing plaza, whilst always maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Requirements:
As a Ticketing Agent, you will enjoy dealing with a variety of guests, representing Aquaventure as the first point of contact for the water park. You will have prior experience working under pressure within a fast-paced environment, with the ability to handle a high volume of transactions for ticket sales. You will be customer service focused, friendly with a willingness to always assist guests with queries.
