We’re Hiring: Customer Experience Manager
Location: Dolmen Mall Lahore

Join Airlink as “Customer Experience Manager” for our upcoming Apple Mono Store, iSelect by Airlink where you will lead the planning and execution of exceptional in-store experiences, ensure premium service standards and build strong customer relationships.

Customer Experience Manager is responsible for:

• Lead and supervise the customer service team in the store
• Train the team to provide excellent service
• Resolve major customer issues politely and quickly
• Set and track service goals
• Keep the store clean, attractive, and presentable
• Listen to customer feedback and improve the business
• Work with the sales and operations team to improve the customer experience

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in customer service and leading a team (retail/electronics is good)
• Ability to lead a team, communicate and solve problems
• Enthusiasm for keeping customers happy and growing the team
• Knowledge of tech products and electronics

Customer Experience Executive is responsible for:

• Greet customers with a smile and understand their needs
• Guide them through products, offers and services
• Handle questions, complaints and after-sales support politely
• Keep the store safe and tidy
• Collect customer feedback and share with management
• Manage store operations, stock and prepare daily reports

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, retail or sales (electronics/telecom preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of smartphones and smart gadgets.
• Positive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile.
