Job Requirements: (Service Advisor – Toyota & Lexus)
- Diploma or Degree in Technical school / Certificate/ Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum of 2 to 3 years’ experience in the automotive industry or similar role.
- A broad based knowledge to service as a reliable consultant is absolutely essential for this role
- Able to provide up-to-date technical information in response to customer inquiries.
Job Requirements: (Technical Advisor – Toyota & Lexus)
- Diploma or Degree in Technical school / Certificate/ Diploma in Automobile / Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum Experience of at least 5 years as a Diagnostic Master Technician in the automotive industry or similar role.
- A broad based knowledge to service as a reliable consultant is absolutely essential for this role and be able to provide up-to-date technical information in response to customer inquiries.
- Fluency in both the Arabic and English language is imperative for these positions.
Job Requirements: (Reception Supervisor – Lexus)
- Ideal candidate for this role should have a Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any technical automotive related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years’ recent experience as a Reception Supervisor or Manager in the automotive industry.
- Able to communicate effectively and must have a strong analytical, communication and inter-personal skills alongside with supervisory competence.
- Excellent knowledge in MS Office is a must have for this role.
