• Facility Manager – Lead full facility operations (15+ years)
• Senior Engineer – Oversee MEP/HVAC technical teams (10 to 12 years)
• Engineers – Maintain and troubleshoot MEP/HVAC systems (6 to 8 years)
• EHS Executive – Drive HSE compliance & safety culture (6 to 8 years)
• Soft Services Executive – Manage housekeeping & soft services (6 to 8 years)
• Engineer – Chiller – Handle chiller plants & HVAC operations (6 to 8 years)

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with Bachelor’s degree in Engineering – Mechanical/Electrical.
• Candidates with experience in Facility Management (FM) and Hotel Industry is mandatory.
• Having strong technical expertise relevant to the role (MEP, HVAC, Chiller Plants, HSE, Soft Services, etc.)
• Having excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• UAE residents will be given preferrence.
