The AVP – Customer Services will be responsible for overseeing the Customer Services (CS) function and ensuring a superior, consistent client experience. The role includes effective utilization of Call Center operations, resolving client queries, and driving service excellence aligned with customers’ financial goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead digitalization and process automation for to enhance customer value.
Resolve customer complaints and queries efficiently and professionally
Conduct root cause analysis of complaints and take corrective measures
Monitor and maintain Customer Services and Call Centre Performance matrix
Coordinate with branches and other departments for queries and routine activities
Strengthen customers experience by improving customer service procedures
Eligibility Criteria:
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree / preferably MBA from an HEC-recognized university
Experience: Up to 8 years of relevant experience preferably Financial / Mutual Funds Industry
Certification: IFMP Certified (if not MBA), Islamic Finance
