Job Responsibilities:
A- Assist the VP, Code Manager in his/her tasks in the architecture/accessibility vertical of Tasareeh
B- Assist the VP, Code Manager in performance measurement of Tasareeh and data collection
C- Liaise where necessary with the Team Assistant and Team Accountant
D- Coordinate reviews with other disciplines and teams within Building Permit.
E- Ensure delivery of reviews within in-force KPI timeframes
F- Customer satisfaction via successful operations of Building Permit.
Job Requirements:
A- Bachelor degree in Architecture is required.
B- Work experience with Abu Dhabi Municipality Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the Organization
C- Knowledge of AD Municipality MePS system and internal building permit standards and procedures from building permit to final BCC process
D- Detail understanding of Local building Codes including but not limited to AD International Building Codes 2013, UAE Fire and Life safety Code of Practice 2018, AD Uniform Plumbing Code
