We’re Hiring: Senior Textile Designer (RTS – Print)

Key Responsibilities:

• Whip up fresh, on-brand prints for those Ready-to-Stitch drops—yeah, the ones everyone can’t shut up about. Take the reins on design projects, start to finish. I’m talking raw idea to “wow, that’s on the rack already?”

  Teamwork isn’t just a buzzword here, either. Gotta vibe with merch, sourcing, whoever—just to make sure the whole squad’s rowing in the same direction.

  Oh, and I geek out over fabric types, wild print methods, color separations—you name it. That stuff’s baked into every design. Gotta keep an eye on what’s hot, too. If there’s a wild new print trend blowing up on Insta, trust I’ll twist it into something the brand can actually sell.

Qualifications:

• Got a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Textile Design? Sweet. You’ve been in the game for, what, four or five years? Perfect. You know how to whip up prints that are actually fresh and fit the brand vibe—not just some copy-paste nonsense. Adobe Photoshop? Basically your second home. You get fabrics, printing tricks, and color separations like the back of your hand. Nobody needs to hold your hand; you can take a design and run with it all the way from that first spark of an idea to the finished product. Oh, and you don’t have your head in the sand—you’re clued-in on what’s hot (and what’s not) when it comes to prints and seasonal trends.

We’re Hiring: Senior Textile Designer (RTS – Embroidery)

Key Responsibilities:

• Whip up eye-catching, original embroidery patterns that’ll make any RTS (Ready-to-Stitch) collection pop. Sketch out killer motifs, borders, and clever layouts—basically, stuff that’s not just pretty, but actually works for these collections. Take the reins on embroidery projects, from that first flash of inspiration to the last stitch. Make sure you’re picking the right stitches, playing with different techniques, and not slapping floral lace on a fabric that’s gonna hate you for it. Keep your finger on the pulse of what’s trending—no one wants last season’s leftovers—and spin those ideas into designs people actually want to buy.

Qualifications:

• You gotta have a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Textile Design (because, yeah, they want you to know your stuff). If you haven’t been knee-deep in embroidery for, like, 4 or 5 years already, probably not the gig for you. They want someone who can whip up embroidery patterns that are actually interesting—no boring, basic stuff.

   

• You should probably know your way around different stitches, fancy techniques, and what fabric actually works (nobody wants wonky embroidery on the wrong material, right?). Designing motifs, borders, layouts for those unstitched collections? Yeah, that’s your jam.

   

• Oh, and apparently, you need an eye for color combos and what’s trending. So if you’re still stuck in 2012, might wanna catch up on what’s hot.
