Job Responsibilities:
- Drive a quality control function on a day-to-day basis whilst achieving set food quality and Health and Safety Standards.
- Support the team in ensuring products are produced in line with the set SOPs and standards in order to achieve the end product complying with Quality and Food safety standards
- To encourage and develop a culture where Health and Safety are first and foremost with every task carried out, ensuring the safety of those in their control.
- To ensure all products are produced in line with the set HACCP standards and CCP control points are met
- The below Key Performance Areas include but are not limited to:
- Daily routine online/offline Quality Control checks to ensure product quality & safety.
- Verification of product and process compliance including the CCP verification and managing related check sheets.
Job Requirements:
- Length of experience: 2-4 years of manufacturing
- The breadth of experience: Manufacturing, QC/Process Technologist
