Job Responsibilities:

  • Conducting valuations for very large and interesting projects
  • Creating a variety of financial models (BS, IS, etc.)
  • Creating various marketing materials
  • Liaising with PE’s and Financial Institutions

Job Requirements:

  • Have a Bachelor’s degree in Business/ Finance / Economics from a reputed western university
  • Have a Master’s degree or/and MBA and/or CFA/CA is a preferred
  • Have an investment banking background or the Big 4 having worked on deals end to end (1-4 years experience)
  • Have experience in creating pitch books, IM’s, etc.
  • Have strong knowledge of basic accounting & finance (depreciation, interest rate, WACC, LBO, etc.)
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills
