Eligibility Criteria:

• The hotel industry offers many career paths at different levels of expertise.
• Beginners or Freshers may have an age limit of 16+ and a high school diploma may be required. Such positions are usually for cleaners, housemaids, housekeeping staff, laundry boys, drivers, and security staff at the hotel.
• Management-level positions require at least a bachelor’s degree. Preferably in business, economics, or management.
• Some hotels may require candidates to have hotel management training and prior experience, whereas some hotels would prefer to train employees through their own in-house programs.
• A pleasant personality is required for all hotel staff as they have to constantly deal with customers, clients, and guests. You are also required to have excellent communication skills, be organized, punctual, composed, and be able to multitask.

Requirements:

• A strong focus on customer service
• Prior experience in hotel front office operations is preferred
• Excellent communication skills; fluency in English is required
• Be able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
• Computer skills in Ms. Office; experience with current Property Management Systems (PMS) is preferred
