Position: BRANCH MANAGER

Job Description

This position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, business growth, staff performance, risk management, and customer service delivery of the microfinance bank’s branch. The role ensures that the branch meets financial targets while maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements and institutional policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Finding new markets and customers

   

• Marketing loan and savings products

   

• Loan appraisal, approval and collection

   

• Monitoring late payments

   

• Following credit policies and risk principles.

  Eligibility

• Education: Graduation/Master in Commerce or Business.
• Experience: Minimum 5 Years of experience required in Branch Banking.

Locations: Kasur, Raiwind, Rajanpur, Mirpurkhas, Nawabshah, Lahore, Islamabad.
