Apply at Bath and Body Works Online – Demand Forecaster

The Demand Forecaster is responsible for creating accurate store level contributions that include factors such as trend, seasonality and customer preferences. These contributions are used to distribute the total chain level forecast across the stores. These contributions are created based on how stores sell in relation to each other as compared to the average store or Percent of Average (POA). Demand Forecasters will draw on various statistical algorithms to project future performance based on past results. The Demand Forecaster will work closely with cross functional partners to project the impact of planned events. The Demand Forecaster will manage exceptions of item performance by store format, fragrance, collection, and event. The Demand Forecaster reports to the Manager of Merchandise Planning and Demand Forecasting.
