Requirements:

• Familiarity with the art world. (Art Design or Art History preferable )
• Sensitivity to cultural, gender-based, religious, racial, national, and age differences
• Highest standards of integrity and discretion.
• Strict on joining regular department meetings and discipline on deadline projects.
Soft Skills & Strong Skills
• Drive Social Media processes within related positions (Researching Art field visuals, reporting, organizational skills, engagement survey, etc.)
• Build strong relationships and trust with leaders and colleagues, offer Social Media and Art Team expertise and coaching on people issues, assist leaders to gain a better understanding of employees’ needs and career aspirations
• Gain knowledge in sourcing passive candidates using deep cloud systems on work file sharing and organizing while also editing as an asset.
• Coordinate and arrange subsequent projects with social media leaders
• Source and screen images for multiple requisitions
• Support others including but not limited to managing art field but also cinematography, developing research kits, drafting subject proposals, deciding the artwork to be shared internally as well as externally to LinkedIn and other media boards
• Help launch new ideas by working across teams with other departments.
