Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the visual communication strategy for the academy, ensuring that it aligns with the academy’s overall goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually compelling marketing materials, including print and digital ads, social media content, and promotional videos.
  • Conceptualize and execute creative ideas for TikTok and Instagram reels that engage and entertain students, while also promoting the academy’s brand.
  • Ensuring graphic designing and video editing activities is of high quality and consistent with the academy’s brand guidelines.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in design, social media, and video production, and use this knowledge to inform the academy’s visual communication strategy.
  • Liaise with external agencies and vendors as needed to ensure that all creative work is delivered on time and to a high standard.
  • Manage the academy’s visual assets, including photos, videos, and graphics, ensuring that they are organized and easily accessible for all team members.

Job Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the field of art direction, with a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates creativity, innovation, and excellence.
  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant field, such as graphic design, visual arts, or media production.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premier Pro, after effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong skills in video editing and production, with experience using software such as Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, or After Effects.
  • Excellent skills in ad designing and creating engaging content for social media platforms, particularly TikTok and Instagram reels.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues across different departments.
  • A passion for education and a commitment to enhancing the student experience through innovative visual communication.
