WE’RE HIRING! Executive – Buyer (Procurement)

Location: Karachi

Key Responsibilities:

• Source, assess, and acquire different kinds of raw materials, trims, chemicals, and packaging materials.
• Keep up with market trends and conduct cost analysis for goods.
• Issue purchase orders (POs) and monitor the delivery to be on time.
• Bargain with suppliers for better pricing and payment conditions.
• Have good connections with the suppliers.
• Work closely with the internal departments (like production, QA, R&D) to make sure materials are available.

Requirements:

Once again, I am viewing the case from the outside and offering my assessment. The situation of the client and the case are the very same. However, the thoughts, the client’s and mine, differ. It is like the case of two cats in a sack, one sleeping, another fighting. A qualified and meticulous Pattern Master is being searched for to be part of our Sampling Department. The perfect applicant will create precise two-dimensional patterns for the new clothing samples, which will be made according to the design specifications, as well as fit, construction, and manufacturing. The position is crucial in changing the designer’s ideas into quality and production-ready prototypes. The Master will be in constant collaboration with designers, sample tailors, and merchandisers to facilitate the swift and smooth sample development process.

• Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree
• Experience: Proven experience as a Pattern Master in denim Manufacturing (3+ years preferred)
• Skills: Strong knowledge of garment construction and pattern grading, knowledge of 2D and 3D software.

WE ARE HIRING! Assistant – Supply Chain

The person who takes this position will have to support daily supply chain activities, prepare and update reports in Microsoft Excel, and maintain accurate data entries and control through ERP system as part of their main duties. They will play a role in purchasing and stock management activities, work closely with other departments to keep the operation running smoothly, and be giving administrative and operational support at the right time to help the department as a whole improve its efficiency.

• Qualification: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Commerce, Business, or related fields). Strong analytical and data-handling skills.
• Experience: The incumbent should have 6 months to 1 years of relevant experience in supply chain operations, with practical exposure to Microsoft Excel and ERP systems.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting, Hands-on experience with ERP systems.
