Artistic Milliners Pvt Ltd, which is recognized as an essential player in the Pakistani garment and fashion industry, is in need of a professional with expertise in quality assurance and attention to detail for the position of Manager QA – Stitching for its operations in Karachi. This position is of great importance since it will be responsible for upholding the best quality measures in denim garment production and thus, every item produced will be up to the company and the industry standards in terms of fit, durability and finish.

Job Overview:

The QA Manager – Stitching will be responsible for the entire denim garment stitching process, establishing strong quality systems, and supervising production operations. Communication with both internal and external parties, pre-production quality planning, and applying corrective and preventive actions to support quality production are the main duties of the role. To be successful in this role, one needs to have a very good knowledge of denim fabrics, stitching methods, and garment quality management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance systems and processes tailored specifically for denim stitching.

• Oversee all stitching operations, ensuring compliance with defined quality standards and production specifications.

• Conduct pre-production meetings with stakeholders to discuss quality expectations, production challenges, and corrective measures.

• Monitor the stitching process throughout production to identify deviations, inconsistencies, or defects and implement corrective actions.

• Analyze quality data and utilize appropriate quality tools to drive continuous improvement in production standards.

• Train and mentor stitching teams on quality requirements, denim fabric behavior, and best stitching practices.

• Collaborate with design, production, and merchandising teams to ensure products meet customer expectations and quality benchmarks.

Eligibility Criteria & Requirements:

• Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Apparel Manufacturing, or a related field

• Experience: 7 to 8 years of relevant experience in garment manufacturing, preferably in denim production

• Strong knowledge of denim fabrics, stitching techniques, and quality management systems

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills

• Ability to manage cross-functional teams and implement quality improvement initiatives
