What is the role? Ensure product quality from sourcing to shipment. Work closely with vendors and factories. Coordinate with factory teams, focus on hazardous products, and perform product inspections (inline, pre-final, final). Must follow quality control (AQL) guidelines. Must have knowledge of denim cutting and sewing. Visit factory, monitor quality and make improvements. Train staff and find root causes of problems and find solutions. Conduct testing, colorist certification, and pre-production meetings to manage quality control before bulk production.

• Qualification: A bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: At least 6 to 7 years of experience in quality management, ideally in the denim industry.
