We are seeking dynamic professionals for our Ascend Priority Banking proposition by building meaningful client relationships and delivering exceptional banking experiences.

In this role, you will:

Build and manage strong relationships with Priority Banking clients. Look for new market opportunities and use them to grow these connections. Get to know clients better, so you can offer the right mix of the bank’s products and solutions—and boost how many products each customer uses.

Hit your targets for new and existing clients, cross-sell, and other key goals set out in your KPIs. When it comes to digital banking, bring as many clients as you can onto the bank’s digital platforms, and keep an eye on your onboarding numbers.

Handle customer complaints quickly and stick to the promised turnaround times, always aiming for top-notch service. Make sure you’re following compliance and risk standards—profile customers accurately and monitor account activity, so everything lines up with regulations.
