We are seeking dynamic professionals for our Ascend Priority Banking proposition by building meaningful client relationships and delivering exceptional banking experiences.

In this role, you will:

Cultivate, nurture and manage relationships with Priority Banking clients, leveraging the market opportunities
Deepen customer relationships through effective cross-selling of the Bank’s products and solutions, increasing product penetration per customer.
Achieve assigned targets across NTB and ETB (volume & number), cross-sell and other key performance indicators as defined in the scorecard/KPIs.
Drive digital adoption by onboarding maximum clients onto the Bank’s digital platforms, monitored through ADC onboarding metrics.
Ensure timely resolution of customer complaints within defined TATs, in line with service excellence standards.
Maintain strong compliance and risk controls by ensuring accurate customer profiling and account behaviour in line with regulatory requirements.
