Job Responsibilities
- Provide inputs to the Head of Risk in developing the Operating Model for Risk Management encompassing the 4 critical pillars – mitigate, avoid, transfer, accept
- Assist in review of the risk management framework, gathering and considering feedback from department heads, in order to continually improve the effectiveness of the framework
- Drive risk identification by initiating activities that detect, describe and catalog all potential risks to assets and processes that could negatively impact business outcomes in terms of performance, quality, damage, loss or reputation
- Perform risk assessment to identify potential risks that could potentially impact the organization’s ability to conduct business
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Experience of planning and organising complex activities, and delivering to time, quality and resource requirements
- Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to use tact and diplomacy when dealing with a diverse group of people at all levels, and self-confidence to be able to influence and challenge at all levels
- Proficient level ability in MS Office tools (MS Project, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint and MS Word)
