1- Asst Techn FM Civil & Furnit/Joinery
Job: Full Time
Location: Dubai, UAE
Description:
The purpose of the role is to carryout preventative maintenance within a civil works workshop environment, individually or as part of a technical team, whilst ensuring minimal disruption to the business operations.
Job Responsibilities:
- Ability to conform to all general and technical safety requirements at all times to ensure the health, safety & welfare of self and others at work.
- Experience with maintaining assets like; Gypsum walls, Special purpose and decorative furniture, Various types of office furniture, Doors and windows and Wall panels
- Assisting to do Joinery workshop machinery (circular saws, planers, bandsaws, mortiser, routers)
- Joinery hand tools
- Assisting to do Corrective maintenance (CM)
Job Requirements:
- High School Certificate.
- Industrial Training Institute Diploma in Mechanical Maintenance or equivalent.
- IOSH Working Safely Certificate or equivalent.
- Ability to communicate with staff, stakeholders and customers in oral and written English.
