ATCO is hiring Field Training Partner.

Key Responsibilities:

•  Develop and follow a detailed training schedule with clear objectives and a shared agenda.
•  Prepare and distribute relevant course materials to participants.
•  Establish and communicate training objectives clearly to the group.
•  Demonstrate strong product and subject knowledge; confidently cover content and address participant questions.
• Create a positive and engaging learning environment that encourages interaction and participation.
•  Involve all participants actively, foster contributions and support post-training action planning.
•  Use observation and listening skills to assess and guide participant performance effectively.
•  Provide opportunities for practice, track progress and follow up to reinforce learning.

Education & Experience:

· 3 – 5 years of relevant experience.
· B. Pharmacy / Pharm-D.
