Experience:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a reputable hotel or restaurant.
• Preferable with international exposure in the hospitality industry.

• Proficiency in hot kitchen operations, and international cuisine
• Strong sense of taste, presentation, and food safety and hygiene standards
