Responsibilities:

• Assist with efforts to identify the regulatory position around the key areas in the bank and ensure that the regulatory viewpoint is clearly stated and communicated so that FAB remains compliant from a regulatory aspect.
• Assist in the development of a framework for effective oversight over all regulatory driven activities.
• Assist in the identification of the regulatory challenges and solutions based the FAB Group’s risk appetite from a regulatory perspective

Requirements:

•  Bachelor’s Degree or Higher in Management, Banking or Finance, preferably with certification in compliance, corporate governance and risk management.
• At least 10 plus years of experience preferably in Regulatory Compliance and business knowledge
• Excellent understanding of Local, Regional and International Regulations
• Excellent knowledge of business banking and operational risks
• Strong interpersonal, people management and facilitation skills with good leadership skills
