Experience & Qualifications Required:

– Got a bachelor’s in IT, Comp Sci, or something in that ballpark? Perfect.

– Spent 2–4 years wrangling servers, fixing weird tech glitches, and putting out IT fires? Even better.

– You gotta be sharp with networks, quick with a screwdriver (or, you know, software), and not freak out when security alarms start blaring.

– If you can actually explain the cloud to your grandma—and know your way around business apps—that’s a major bonus.

– Are you the type who catches problems before they blow up in everyone’s face? Do you jump in and handle things instead of just standing around waiting for orders? Yeah? That’s the kind of energy we’re after.

Responsibilities:

• Keep the whole IT setup running—networks, servers, all that jazz. If something breaks, I’m the one crawling under desks or cursing at blinking lights

• People can’t print? Someone’s laptop is possessed?

• Cybersecurity? Absolutely. I’m basically on guard duty, making sure nobody sneaks in and swipes company data. Firewalls up, passwords strong, paranoia level: healthy.

• ERP, CRM, random acronyms—if it’s business software, I help keep it from imploding and try not to lose my mind in the process.

• Gluing together all the fancy digital tools so different teams can actually talk to each other—because nothing says “fun” like making software play nice across the whole company.
