Azizi Developments Walk-In Interview – Dubai South • 12 July 2025

📅 Date: Saturday, 12 July 2025
🕘 Time: 09:00 AM – 12:00 PM
📍 Venue: Azizi Venice Workshop, Dubai South

🔧Available Positions

Azizi Developments is basically on the hunt for some fresh faces to jump into their construction and ops squads. Got some skills? Cool, ’cause they’re looking for people to fill a bunch of different roles right now.

Alright, here’s the job list, but, you know, with a bit more attitude and way less corporate nonsense:

  • Minibus Driver (14-seater) – If you can survive a van full of people melting in the UAE sun and still crack a smile, this gig’s basically your destiny.
  • Heavy Truck & Bus Driver – Five years on a UAE license, minimum. No fresh-faced newbies, sorry. If your driving playlist is older than most TikTokers, you’re probably a fit.
  • Transport Foreman – Basically the “move that over there—no, not there, THERE!” overlord. Herding cats, but with more forklifts.
  • AC Technician – Whether it’s a living room or a Corolla that feels like a pizza oven, you’re the one that keeps people from losing their minds in July.
  • Mobile Crane Operator – Giant toys, tiny mistakes. If you think Jenga was too easy as a kid, try this.
  • Chargehand – Scaffolder – Boss of the scaffold crew. For those who think ladders are for wimps and yelling is a love language.
  • Transit Mixer Driver – You and concrete, making the city happen. No pressure, but without you, everyone’s stuck in the mud.
  • Mobile Pump Operator / Driver – Drive it, pump it, don’t spill it. Multitasking level: expert.
  • Diesel Filler – Not exactly glamorous, but let’s be real, you’re the caffeine shot for every machine around here.
  • Welder – Sparks fly, sweat pours, metal melts, you roll your eyes and do it again.
  • Store Helper – The real-life Google for “where’s that thing?” If you’ve ever organized your sock drawer just for fun, this is your moment.
  • General Labour – Lift stuff, move stuff, sweat buckets, try not to complain too much. Perfect for anyone who doesn’t mind a little dirt under their nails.

Alright, here’s how I’d lay this out if I was just texting a friend who’s job-hunting in Dubai (and maybe a tiny bit stressed):

What They’re Actually Looking For

Experience (yep, you can’t fake this)
You need at least 2–3 years doing this kind of work, not just “sort of similar” stuff. Drivers? They want folks who actually know how to handle the specific kind of ride in the UAE—no, your cousin’s sedan in Sharjah doesn’t count if you’re applying for a truck gig.

Licenses & Certificates

If you’re driving, your UAE license better be valid, and not just from yesterday. Some gigs want 1 year, some 5. Got extra stuff, like a crane ticket or heavy vehicle cert? Flex it.

Paperwork Drill

Bring a stack of CVs (seriously, people still lose them). Passport copy WITH visa page (don’t forget that bit). Emirates ID if you’ve got it. Your license (duh, especially if you’re driving). Any training certificates—basically, anything that makes you look less like a noob.

What You’re Like (No, They’re Not Just Being Nice)

Can you haul your own weight, literally? If you faint at the sight of a shovel, maybe not the gig for you. You also gotta talk to people without sounding like a robot, and show up looking like you meant to get out of bed. Don’t be late.

And Some Fine Print

They want people who can start ASAP—like, yesterday. Plus, if you’re not already in the UAE, sorry, they’re not waiting for you to fly in from Karachi or Cairo.
