Duties and responsibilities

• The Relationship Manager will be responsible for working in a target-driven sales environment to maximize the opportunity of sales.
• Source potential investors and establish/maintain a good work relationship.
• Attend to inquiries (of the following nature: sale, re-sale, property valuation, property services, Dubai Property Tour…etc) professionally to maintain a high standard of customer service and generate extra income for the company.
• Formulate properties tailored to the needs of the clients.
• Attend Property events (such as exhibitions, property launching, presentations, seminars…etc)

Qualifications:

• Min. of 8 years experience in Social Media marketing strategy development.
• Experience in working with a large cross-functional company
• Track record of developing and executing high-performing Social Media campaigns on time and within budget.
• Experience in using a combination of data and creative judgment to inform planning and tactical decision-making.
• Experience in building and running a social media strategy in GCC.
• Native Arabic speaking with strong English language command.
• Agency-side experience is preferred
• Working in the luxury products industry is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office and Social Media Management software such as Sprinklr.
