𝗕𝗮𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗮 𝗣𝗮𝗿𝘁𝘆 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝗖𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗼𝗺𝗲𝗿 𝗘𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗲𝗿.

𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀:

o Proactively handle and resolve customer queries and complaints.
o Demonstrate patience, empathy and professionalism in every interaction.
o Conduct customer feedback surveys and share actionable insights.
o Follow up until closure of complaints to ensure customer satisfaction.
o Support process improvement by identifying gaps and suggesting solutions.

𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀:

o Minimum Graduation.
o 2–3 years’ experience in customer service/contact center.
o Have #calling experience in different Call centers.
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution ability.
o Ability to manage 𝐡𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐥 𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐬 with 𝐜𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐭𝐞𝐬𝐲 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞.
o Basic knowledge of MS Office.
