𝐁𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐚 𝐏𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐲 is looking to hire a skilled and experienced candidate for the position of 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐫 – 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 & 𝐁𝐮𝐝𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠.

𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

o Financial statements that are monthly, quarterly, and annual must be prepared according to accounting standards.
o P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statements must be accurate and timely.
o Actual results must be compared with budgets/forecasts to perform variance analysis.
o Financial performance dashboards and management reports for leaders must be presented.
o The annual budgeting process will be led by the finance department in cooperation with the rest of the company and the retail outlets.
o Rolling forecasts will be developed taking into account sales trends, the impact of seasons, promotions, and market conditions.
o The budgets will be aligned with sales and operational objectives through collaboration with the teams in commercial, supply chain, and retail operations.
o Risks and opportunities will be identified in the budget and corrective actions will be suggested.
o To complete sales analysis and make regional and store profitability tracking, methods will be analyzed by category, region, and store.
o Gross margins, promotional impacts, and discount strategies will be evaluated.
o OPEX will be monitored and efficiency improvements will be recommended.
o The analysis of stock turnover, aging, and markdowns will support inventory management.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

o Professional qualification is preferred (ACCA, CA, CPA, CIMA).
o Relevant experience of 8-10 years in financial reporting and budgeting (retail/FMCG experience preferred).
o Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards.
o Good analytical thinking ability accompanied by attention to detail.
o Communicative and presentational skills for reporting to management at a high level.
o Sound business sense and awareness of retail KPIs.
o Ability to guide and manage relationships with stakeholders, thus working with cross-functional teams.
